taya07 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and taya07 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern access to and use of all services available at taya07.best, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, fishing games, poker, Color Game and all promotional offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any feature of the taya07 platform, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of taya07 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and taya07. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at taya07, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Philippine legal minimum age for online gambling is 21. No exceptions are made for any reason.
• You are a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines, or you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are accessing the platform in your personal capacity, for recreational entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or close associate of taya07 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or suspended from taya07 or any platform operated under the same licence.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your country or place of residence.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) account at taya07. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When you register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, PhilHealth ID or voter's ID)
• A recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or other official document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Any other documentation reasonably requested by the compliance team

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. taya07 is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login details. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at taya07 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). The platform supports the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• Funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. taya07 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the cashier. These may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your taya07 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for GCash and Maya.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund the account, subject to verification.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing times vary by method. taya07 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three business days from approval. Delays caused by the receiving institution are outside our control.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks including source-of-funds verification for larger amounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers at taya07 are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which are published on the Promotions page. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Claiming a second bonus while an existing one is pending will not be permitted and may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity window, and wagering requirements not completed before the expiry date, result in the bonus balance being removed without compensation.
• Abuse and fraud: taya07 monitors bonus usage. Patterns suggesting bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple accounts, coordinated hedging strategies or use of prohibited software — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and potential recovery of any associated winnings.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Where stated in promotion terms, a cap applies to the amount withdrawable from winnings generated by a bonus balance. Amounts above the cap are removed at the point of withdrawal request.

taya07 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including for active players mid-promotion, where circumstances require it. Material changes to an ongoing active bonus will be communicated through the platform.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

Game outcomes and betting results at taya07 are determined by certified random number generation systems and, for sports betting, by the result of the relevant event as confirmed by official sources. The platform's determination of any result is final and binding, subject to manifest error correction.

• Bets confirmed on your account's bet slip are binding. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where the platform explicitly permits in-play cash-out or similar features.
• Winnings are credited to your real-money balance upon settlement of the market, event or game round.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, a network interruption during a game round or a manifest error in published odds, taya07 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The platform will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such events.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet or game round and are displayed at the relevant game or market interface.
• Unsettled funds committed to an active bet are not available for withdrawal until the relevant market is settled.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya07 platform. Engaging in any of them is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own or another person's identity
• Using another person's account credentials or payment method
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location or identity
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or AI tools to place bets, play games or exploit the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or interfere with any part of the taya07 platform or its software
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker or any form of coordinated manipulation
• Exploiting software bugs or pricing errors beyond what a reasonable player would notice — any known errors must be reported to support
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any activity in breach of Philippine anti-money laundering laws
• Allowing minors to access your account or use the platform in any way

8. Responsible Gaming

taya07 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their activity and seek help when needed. These tools are accessible at any time from your account settings and operate as follows:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on funds you can add to your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a review period.
• Session Timers: Set a reminder that alerts you after a specified period of continuous play on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of one to thirty days without requiring contact with support.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, registration of a new account is blocked.

9. Privacy and Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed service providers necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities — and only to the extent required for those purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya07 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, game assets, software, website code, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of taya07 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used in any commercial context without prior written permission.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to use any taya07 branding, game content or software outside of normal platform use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya07 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or business interruption.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. taya07 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider downtime, regulatory actions or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

taya07 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe:

• These Terms have been violated
• The account was registered using false or fraudulent information
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity
• Multiple accounts have been identified under the same player
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off period is in effect and a new registration was attempted

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntarily closing an account does not affect pending bets or withdrawal requests already submitted. Any remaining real-money balance after settled bets will be returned via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

taya07 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification, email or a prominent notice on this page. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the taya07 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any eligible real-money balance.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of taya07 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process described below.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact the taya07 support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution. Most account and payment disputes can be resolved directly through support without requiring formal proceedings. The platform is committed to responding to all substantive complaints in a timely manner.
